Let's Not Forget the Important Issues (IIPM)

Steve Bartman, best remembered for disrupting play a few years ago, has subsequently been enormously lauded by those of us subtle enough to realize that one such as him, while initially worthy of scorn, is, in the end, primarily an object to be envied.Such notoriety cannot be easily bought.

On another note, has anyone noticed that Martha Stewart and Ann Coulter were cut from the exact same blue-blood cloth? The real tip off is the accent, particularly the slightly excessive emphasis on open mouthed vowels. Disgusting.

And for the record, Neo Pagans can all go to Hades, or Valhalla, for all I care.

The left just seems to get
more excited about anything
when death is on the table.
I don't know what it is, whether
it's disaster death or war death
or society deciding we're going
to off some of our fellow citizens,
they get ginned up about it, really
get excited about the death aspect.
But, but, you start talking about life
and somehow they just don't have
as much interest in that, as though
it is enlightened to understand that
it's some people's duty to die and
get out of the way, and that not
everybody has a right to life. It
depends on what somebody
else wants. So I am continually
amazed at these people.

Fuck off. Get the fuck out of here.

Martha's actually a Polish Catholic from New Jersey. She kept her husband's name after the divorce; Stewart's probably more marketable than something with 17 letters and no vowels, anyway.

Interesting. I still think my point is valid, even if it was Martha herself who cut herself out later in life. After all, elitist New Canaan affectation can be gained any number of ways and, in my case thankfully, lost.
